What You´ll Drive
As a Founders Associate Intern at EDURINO, you’ll work directly with our founding team around the CEOs Irene & Franziska and our VP Strategy Julia. You will gain a behind-the-scenes look at what it takes to scale a VC-backed EdTech startup to the next stage and wear many hats, own your projects, and help us shape the future of learning . A focus project is exploring how AI can support our growth, operations, and product innovation.
Please be aware that this role is based onsite in our Munich office.
What You'll Do
You'll get your hands dirty across a wide range of strategic and operational topics, including: - Business development: Research markets, identify & explore growth opportunities, and support partnership initiatives
- Operations & process building: Design and optimize internal processes — from data tracking to project coordination
- Founder support: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decision-making and day-to-day priorities
- Investor relations: Support pitch deck preparation, research, and investor reporting
- AI exploration: Scout, test, and evaluate AI tools (e.g. for automation, content creation, analytics) and help drive internal AI adoption
- Special projects: Take full ownership of projects that match your strengths
What You Bring
- Full-time availability for 4-6 months
- You're currently studying (4th+ semester) or recently graduated in business, economics, STEM, or a related field
- Relevant experience in strategy consulting, high-growth startups, venture capital or similar fast-paced environments
- You're a fast learner who thrives in ambiguity and knows how to get things done fast
- You communicate clearly and confidently in English
- You think analytically, love solving problems, and act with an entrepreneurial mindset
- You are curious about AI and enjoy experimenting with new tools and technologies
- You are proactive, hands-on, and excited to work directly with the founders
- You want to make an impact in education and tech - and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo

How to become part of the team
- We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. You will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
- Depending on the position, there is now a small assignmentfor you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
- We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
- You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
- After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech teams, and, of course, receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
